The city of Graz relies on Park & Ride solutions on the southern entrance to the city and announced an EU-wide competition that LORENZATELIERS wins. In addition to approximately 550 parking spaces on four floors, commercial space is planned on the ground floor. On the parking levels sits a convenient 3 star hotel.
The parking garage is designed as a ramp garage to make the best possible use of the gross floor areas and to keep emissions low. The façade of the building is clad in a wire mesh weave covered with climbing plants.
