The accentuation of the corner building is done with reduced funds: the construction line above the pedestal is hardly noticeably swung outwards. The silvery, shimmering façade of the upper floor with the ribbons drawn over the corners contrasts with the darkly held pedestal, accentuated by a silver graphic by Peter Lorenz.
Even inside, simple measures contribute to the well-being of the residents. In the staircase and in the corridors the floor is painted in fresh red. In the ceiling above the staircases and the lintels of the apartment doors are integrated light strips, which provide for orientation and a pleasant lighting mood.
